I'm a single mother of 2 children ages 4 and 1. I am in the nursing program and thats a full time job on its own.  I go to school M-F 8-3 and have clinicals also on some days from 6-3. I'm trying to work as much as I can on weekends only but it won't last much longer.  I'm missing out on my children's lives by school and work.  I'm gettin Food Stamps and AR Kids 1st for my children, but no child support. The dad has to be 6 months behind before they will even start to work on the case.  What can you do when your doing all you can? With no federal help to pay college and no scholarships its tough. I finally found someone that will help me pay for my school but my home expences are pileing up.  Bills are getting behind and its gettin to the point where I'm asking myself did i make the right decision to go back to school. Well the answer is yes, but i need help.  I can't afford to lose what i've already worked so hard to get.  My kids deserve better! I deserve better!!
