    Introduction...Steph&Isabel

    Hello,

I am a single mom of a 2 1/2 year old girl, whom Is releasing anger i dont how to control. Her father and I split a year ago this coming july but legally seperated in october. He is in the service and when he does come home to visit him family he has made no attempt to come see her, he hasnt called to check up on her to make sure shes healthy. We are currerntly recieving no support from him financially, her father and i went to court back in february and he hasnt paid since ordered to in march. My cry for help is..what can i do to help her?? she asks for him and tells me her father is on the moon, i attempt to correct her and tell her where he is but she feels differently. shes been releasing alot of anger and i feel its because of her absent father, alot of advice i get is "oh its the terrible twos" but i strongly feel that yes that is part of it but rage that comes from her isnt just that. HELP!!!!!!

Scotia, I think that your state of mind, your personal anger reflects on your little one. I certainly understand your anger and frustration, but you have to try not to show this in your kid's presence. Be strong, and good luck!

That's right, Scotia. Don't let your anger show in front of your kids.
