Hello my name is Rachel Oglesby. I live in Ingleside Texas it's about 30 minutes away from Corpus Christi if anybody knows where that is. I have been a single mother since my daughter was 8 months old. Her father and split up because he wanted to go out and see other women that had children and not take care of his own child. Then when she was 8 months old he went to prison and has been in and out of there for the past 4 years. My daughter is going to be 5 on October. 8th. She is a wonderful blessing to me. She keeps me happy when I want to be sad. She keeps me going when I want to give up. I couldn't ask for anything more than my beatiful baby girl. She is my world. I do get some help from my mom. Currently right now we are living with my mom because of financial reasons. Just like any single parent. I want to start going to college to become a pediatric nurse. That is what my life long dream is. I love children. I hope some day I will find a man that will except mt and my daughter and will be willing to be a father to her. Right now I just want to live my life with my daughter and spend as much time with her as I can. I am also trying to find out what type of grants there are out there to help single moms go to college. So if anybody knows please help me out.
